The goal of the course is to unleash the natural voices of the students, thus preparing the participants to use their voices for the purpose of didactic activities. |
Full description: |
The aim of the course is to discover the student’s natural voice. The process is dealt with through body awareness enhancement, mastering relaxation techniques and trying to achieve overall respiration. The final stage of the course involves practicing public appearance elements. 1.Breathing exercises: prolonging the expiration phase. 2.Correct body posture. 3.Phonation exercises: - Soft glottal attack practice - Practicing relaxed-body voice direction - Breath-supported voice 4.Developing resonator work - Exercises aimed at resonators activation - Exercises in aligned voice direction within the resonator scale 5.Basic diction exercises - Increasing the efficiency of speech organs - Syllable exercises 6.Public appearances: how to deal with them? Learning outcomes: |
KNOWLEDGE student has: - has organised basic knowledge regarding the voice - earns elementary knowledge regarding interpersonal and social communication processes, their regularities and disorders; he/she knows how to use the voice. SKILLS student has: - can communicate with the use of various applications of the voice as a tool. - can verbally express him/herself precisely and concisely. SOCIAL COMPETENCE student has: - understands the need to learn all-life long. - is aware of the level of his/her skill and knowledge, understands the need of constant learning and both professional and personal development; executes self-assessment and increases his/her skills, defines the directions of self-development and education in the field of using the voice. |
