Short description:

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic issues of Constitutional Law of the European Union, with particular emphasis on the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Emphasis will be placed on current issues in European Union and their impact on the Constitutional Law of the European Union.

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic issues of Constitutional Law of European Union, with particular emphasis on the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Classes will primarily focus on practical issues related to the evaluation of the current case-law and its impact on Constitutional Law of European Union and national law. Various forms of student activation will be used, including case studies, presentations and assignments prepared by the students at home.
