Założenia (opisowo): | (tylko po angielsku) IMPORTANT: Both persons from a marriage or both partners should not participate in the psychotherapy group. Students who are in their own psychotherapy at the moment should not take part in this group. Recruitment criteria: WISP students from the psychotherapy specialization (students from the fifth year will have a priority). If there is a free place in the group, students from outside the psychotherapy specialization might be invited. |

(tylko po angielsku) Experience of one owns psychotherapy is nowadays a standard and usually an obligatory element of training programs for psychotherapists (e.g. see standards of European Association for Psychotherapy and Polish Psychological Association). During this course the students will experience being a patient in a psychoanalytically oriented group psychotherapy. Students will have an opportunity to experience and reflect on how they act in a group, the roles they are most prone to take up, as well as to gain Insight into the way they function in contacts with others. Because this is not a regular course, students are expected to be sensitive to and respectful of the following issues: During the sessions personal and sensitive information may be shared. It is of utmost important that students can trust each other to treat everything that is said during the sessions confidentially. This means that you are not allowed to discuss or talk about matters of other group members outside of the group sessions. Abstinence: You are expected not to eat or drink during the sessions Punctuality: Entering late is disrupting the group process and so please be punctual. Being late more than 15 minutes is regarded as an absence. |

Efekty uczenia się: |
(tylko po angielsku) The aim is to realize ones inner conflicts, challenges in relations with others and to work them through. Finally, it should lead to greater understanding how psychological patterns can affect one’s therapeutic work. Participants will have possibility to learn about the group analysis method and experience of how it work in practice. As a consequence of this experience, students will be better prepared to choose the therapeutic approach they are may choose to specialize in, in the future. |
Metody i kryteria oceniania: |
(tylko po angielsku) Students will have to write a paper (6-8 pages, 1800 marks per page) consisting of two parts: summary of an assigned chapter of the book ( Behr H., Hearst L. “Group-analytic psychotherapy. A meeting of minds.”) reflections and comments on group analysis method based on the article and self experience gained during the course Attendance rules Absence without excuse is accepted only in for two 1,5 hour sessions out of all 30 sessions (2 sessions are scheduled per day). If you are late more than 15 minutes that counts as an absence for the entire 1,5 hr session. The only excuse accepted is a formal doctor's leave documenting the Absence - the maximum absence of this kind during the course is 4x1,5hrs |
