Prerequisites (description): | The aim of the class is to develop and deepen knowledge about the aesthetic, stylistic and technical properties of new music in the 20th and 21st centuries. |

Lecture and class on phenomena characteristic of new music in the 20th and 21st centuries, focusing on composers' workshop. |
Full description: |
Lecture and exercises on the phenomena characteristic of new music in the 20th and 21st century, with particular emphasis on workshop problems such as the organization of sound height, rhythm, form, instrumental and vocal extended techniques, the impact of new technologies on the creative process. The class will use multimedia. Meetings with composers and discussions on conditions and the modern condition of new music are part of the course. |
