Prerequisites (description):	The lecture contains information on selected issues regarding control performed by the administration towards the unit. In this respect, the following issues were selected: Administrative control in construction matters, administrative control in pharmaceutical matters and unit control in matters of road transport.

Short description:	The lecture focuses on the issues of selected aspects of administrative control conducted against entities outside the public administration apparatus. The aim is to show different legal norms determining the performance of this control - the scope of the control, procedural aspects and possible consequences of this control. As part of the subject will be discussed selected aspects of administrative control in the field of: 1) construction matters, 2) pharmaceutical matters, 3) matters of road transport.
