Short description:	The general purpose of the course is to present the constitutional standards related to freedom of creation and activity of trade unions. The course will analyze case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Tribunal regarding the essence of basic legal structures in this area. Also the general rules concerning freedom of association and specific criteria for trade unions as types of associations will be presented.

Learning outcomes:	Participants should be able to present the basic findings of the ECtHR and the Constitutional Tribunal, with regards to the essence of the constitutional freedom of creation and activity of trade unions.
