Prerequisites (description): | A student who wants to participate in classes is required to be interested in labor law and the so-called employment law. |

Short description: |
Work may be rendered to a second entity on the basis of various legal bases (within different legal relationships). The aim of the lecture is to indicate these basics and the differences between them. The main attention will be focused on the civil law bases of employment and volunteering. |

1. Work within the meaning of the constitution; constitutional norms relating to the provision of work. 2. Differentiation of employment basis and its causes. 3. Differences between different employment bases. 4. Employee employment and civil law employment. 4. Contract of mandate. 5. Contract for specific work. 6. Agency agreement. 7. Managerial contract. 8. Remuneration in civil law employment contracts and its protection. 9. Volunteering. |
