Pełny opis: |
During the lecture following issues are presented: the principles of Polish political system, in particular: the principle of the democratic State governed by the rule of law, organization, the scope of activities and the mechanisms of functioning of legislative organs (Sejm, Senate, National Assembly), executive organs (President, Council of Ministers). In particular, the lecture is focused on the system of sources of law (universally binding law and acts of internal character), as defined by the 1997 Constitution, and on the mechanisms of constitutional review of normative acts. Classes in groups are aimed at developing students’ knowledge on issues presented on the lecture. Furthermore, during classes some exemplary practical problems are analysed. In the course of classes students are also inspired to discuss, interpret normative acts, as well as to solve constitutional problems. |
