Short description: |
The aim of the workshop is to acquire and develop skills that determine the possibility of success in terms of social interaction. These skills are responsible for networking, the ability to cooperate and achieve own aims without interfering with existing interpersonal relationships. |
Full description: |
Interpersonal skills training includes: assertiveness, strengthening the provision of social, verbal and non-verbal communication, empathy, cooperation, control of cognitive, affective and metacognitive actions in interpersonal relationships and shaping self-image in social relations. |

Learning outcomes: |
Knowledge and understanding, student: • lists the skills of social competence; • explains the assertive stance and a synergistic effect; • discusses the components of non-verbal communication. skills, student: • makes choices consistent with the objectives of the group and the social roles; • communicates feelings on group proposals for actions taken; • rejects without showing aggression to each other unfavorable actions imposed upon a proposal by the group; • takes decisions by finding compromise solutions; • compares the received signals the importance of verbal and non-verbal derived from the social environment; • recognizes the degree of participation of individual team members in the work of the group. attitudes and social skills, student: • provides social reinforcement resulting from the need to maintain and strengthen relationships within the group; • formulates and expresses criticism of the actions taken in the team without violating existing interpersonal relationships; • develop criteria and standards for evaluating efforts to maintain and strengthen relationships within the group; • takes decisions in accordance with the needs of their own and other members of the group. |
