The aim of the course is to provide students with specific knowledge of neuropsychological interventions and to enable them to develop clinical competences needed to help patients with cognitive dysfunctions due to acquired brain injury. |
Efekty uczenia się: |
By the end of the course students should be able to: - Apply the rules of evidence-based practice in planning interventions both in research and clinical work - Compare the effectiveness of different methods of treating patients with cognitive dysfunctions - Communicate the outcomes of neuropsychological interventions |

(tylko po angielsku) The course aims at extending students’ knowledge of principles, methods and specific techniques of neuropsychological interventions for individuals with cognitive/behavioral disorders due to acquired brain injury. Students will learn how to plan the process of rehabilitation, execute it, and assess patient’s progress according to the evidence-based practice framework. Students will have an opportunity to train their skills in groups with real clinical data. |
