Pełny opis: |
(tylko po angielsku) The main goal is to provide an intensive experience of mindfulness (first day), and compassion (second day) in order to help students to establish their own personal meditative daily practice if they found these experiences beneficial and insightful. In addition, but to less extend, to help them to acquire basic knowledge regarding contemplative and scientific foundations of meditation practice. Therefore, ¾ of a time we will be spent on practicing mindfulness exercises and on inquiry of the insight the practices may bring, the rest of the time we will discuss theoretical foundations. Mindfulness practices will be based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) mindfulness exercises, whereas compassion practices will be based mainly on Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) practices. I’ve been teaching MBSR, MBCT and MSC courses for about 10 years. |
