(in Polish) Przedmiot jako jeden ze wstępnych kursów na studiach II stopnia na kierunku chemia ma za zadanie zapoznać studentów z podstawami praktycznymi najważniejszych metod spektroskopii molekularnej, metodyką rejestracji widm, interpretacją widm pod kątem relacji z symetrią i strukturą związków oraz podstawowymi zastosowaniami analitycznymi spektroskopii molekularnej. Ćwiczenia te mają nie tylko ułatwić przyswojenie przedstawionego na wykładzie materiału teoretycznego, lecz także pokazać możliwości praktycznego wykorzystania metod spektroskopii molekularnej w wielu dziedzinach chemii.

Brief description

The subject of the lecture is the outline of modern medical chemistry of low molecular weight active substances of drugs from the group of nucleosides acting against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Methods of designing and obtaining antiviral nucleosides will be presented. The study of the biological activity of antiviral substances and the optimization of their structure will be discussed. The mechanisms of the antiviral activity of nucleoside compounds will be elucidated. The concept of PROTIDE prodrug in this group of compounds will be presented.
