(in Polish) Zajęcia mają na celu przekazanie studentom administracji podstawowych informacji na temat znaczenia praw człowieka w praktyce organów administracji publicznej. Czy konstytucja może mi się do czegoś przydać? Kiedy obywatel może powiedzieć urzędnikowi "nie"? Czy na organizację konkursu na Facebooku trzeba uzyskać zezwolenie urzędu skarbowego? Do kogo można się poskarżyć na niesłuszną decyzję administracyjną? Jak napisać wniosek o udostępnienie informacji publicznej? Czy urzędnik powinien rozstrzygać wątpliwości na korzyść obywatela, czy na korzyść państwa? Czy muszę wynająć adwokata, żeby złożyć skargę do Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka? Odpowiedzi na te i inne pytania zostaną udzielone na niniejszych zajęciach. Spotkania mają formę wykładu z elementami dyskusji (aktywność nie jest obowiązkowa, ale jest premiowana). |

The subject of the seminar are the relations between public administration with non-governmental organisations. Students will learn the basic issues related to the non-governmental sector in Poland and in Europe as well as the opportunities and risks arising from cooperation between the public and non-governmental sectors. The main goal of the lecture is to highlight specific characteristics of the non-governmental sector and possible forms of cooperation. |
