(in Polish) Celem zajęć jest zapoznanie uczestników z podstawowymi zasadami techniki prawodawczej oraz podstawowymi aktami normatywnymi regulującymi proces stanowienia prawa w Rzeczypospolitej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem stanowienia prawa przez organy administracji publicznej. Przedstawione zostaną również mankamenty polskiej legislacji, propozycje zmian, najczęściej popełniane przez legislatorów błędy oraz ich konsekwencje dla obowiązywania danego aktu normatywnego. Uwzględnione zostanie orzecznictwo organów władzy sądowniczej.

(in Polish) Podstawy prawa to przedmiot obowiązkowy dla studentów pierwszego roku kierunku administracja. Jego celem jest wprowadzenie do wiedzy ogólnej, niezbędnej do kontynuacji studiów nad poszczególnymi działami prawa i administracji. Znajomość prawa jest dla kadry administracyjnej państwa absolutnie podstawowa. W ramach zajęć z przedmiotu studenci poznają podstawową terminologię prawniczą, główne kategorie teorii prawa, nauki o państwie oraz nauk dogmatycznych. Przedmiot ma charakter propedeutyczny – nie jest samodzielną dyscypliną naukową.

Brief description

The lecture covers the basics of labor law, with particular emphasis on individual labor law issues.

The lecture focuses on such issues as: the origin and subject of labor law, sources of labor law, employment relationship, parties to an employment relationship, grounds for entering into an employment relationship (employment contract, non-contractual acts creating the employment relationship), rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship, principles labor law, working time, vacation leaves, material and disciplinary responsibility of employees, termination of employment.
