(in Polish) Ćwiczenia z bloku nauk pomocniczych literaturoznawstwa są prowadzone przez dwa semestry i obejmują wybrane zagadnienia z historii starożytnej Grecji i Rzymu od Homera po późną starożytność. Celem ich jest zapoznanie studentów ze specyfiką źródeł do dziejów antyku, prezentacja maksymalnie wielu ich kategorii (w pierwszej kolejności źródła literackie, ale także historiograficzne, inskrypcje, ikonografia, numizmatyka, papirusy, dane archeologiczne) oraz metod ich analizy.

This is the first part of the two-year full advanced course of ancient Greek language for the students of classical philology. This class focuses on skills and competences useful in translation and interpretation of ancient Greek literary texts of medium difficulty.

This lecture is an introduction to the study of classical Greek and Latin literature. Its main purpose is to teach students the history of transmission of Greek and Latin texts and to acquaint them with basic research tools in the field of classical studies.

(in Polish) Jest to pierwszy rok dwuletniego, pełnego, rozszerzonego kursu języka łacińskiego dla studentów filologii klasycznej. Zajęcia przeznaczone są dla osób rozpoczynających naukę tego języka.

Praktyczna nauka języka łacińskiego stanowi podstawę przygotowania do pracy badawczej filologa, przede wszystkim klasycznego, ale także innych specjalności (języki indoeuropejskie), dostarcza bowiem informacji o strukturze i rozwoju języka oraz zapoznaje z jego zasobem leksykalnym; wprowadza również fundamentalne wiadomości dotyczące krytyki tekstu, metryki i translatoryki. W czasie pierwszego roku dwuletniego kursu języka łacińskiego studenci przygotowują się do tłumaczenia i interpretacji tekstów łacińskich o średnim stopniu trudności.
