Brief description

(in Polish) Celem przedmiotu jest zapoznanie studentów z najważniejszymi zagadnieniami z zakresu ochrony własności intelektualnej. Zostaną również przedstawione studentom podstawowe regulacje prawa własności intelektualnej na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, które są zawarte głównie w dwóch aktach prawnych: w Ustawie z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych oraz Ustawie z dnia 30 czerwca 2000 r. prawo własności przemysłowej.
