Brief description

Lectures aim to concentrate on fundamental issues related to functioning of the internal market of the European Union. They illustrate the interconnection among individual freedoms and policy areas. Each lecture is supplemented by a tutorial.

The aim to complete and ground fundamental issues related to functioning of the internal market of the European Union that are presented during lectures. Selected judgments the CJEU are discussed during the course.
