Brief description

(in Polish) Po ukończeniu kursu student zdobędzie podstawową i usystematyzowaną wiedzę z zakresu teorii analiz politologicznych. Będzie potrafił wyróżnić różne formy tekstów analitycznych (raporty, ekspertyzy, rekomendacje) wskazać na ich podstawowe funkcje i przeznaczenie. Zapozna się z najczęściej popełnianymi błędami. W ramach kursu student zdobędzie umiejętności formułowania diagnoz, prognoz i rekomendacji. Będzie umiał tworzyć tezy i odpowiednio je argumentować.

Brief description

(in Polish) Przedmiot obejmuje zagadnienia udziału różnego rodzaju finansowania zewnętrznego (zagranicznego) w tworzeniu i wzmacnianiu instytucji społeczeństwa obywatelskiego w Rosji, a także innych państwach byłego ZSRR. W ramach przedmiotu zostaną scharakteryzowane różne aspekty takiego finansowania, ich przyczyny, źródła, wpływ, wreszcie znaczenie. Studenci pozyskają nie tylko wiedzę, ale także umiejętności i kompetencje w zakresie praktycznego wnioskowania o analizowane fundusze oraz programy.

Stosowane będą różne formy pracy ze studentem: rozmowa nauczająca, praca studentów pod kierunkiem prowadzącego z materiałami źródłowymi, prezentacje studentów, praca zespołowa w grupach realizowana w ramach zajęć, praca zespołowa nad przygotowywaniem projektu w ramach zajęć i w domu.
