The lecture is aimed to show the most important institutions and structures of the European Union, which are actually acting on the globe, with a special preference for those, which have (or could have) the biggest impact on contemporary international arena on the one side, or have an important role for Poland on the other side. Notification of constantly changing role of the EU on international arena, and classification of its external activities according to different criterias (economic, security, environmental, climate change, etc.), as well as its global, regional, or local impact. At the beginning of the series a theoretical framework of functioning of international subjects, including very specific EU, will be given to an audience. |
