ECTS credit allocation (and other scores): 3.00 Basic information on ECTS credits allocation principles:
  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;
  • the student’s weekly hourly workload is 45 h;
  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;
  • work required to pass the course, which has been assigned 3 ECTS, constitutes 10% of the semester student load.

Short description:

1. The aim of the course is to provide the students with tools and ways of overcoming the changes in their lives, works and organisations. A flexible attitude towards changes in lives is an effect of the learning.

2. Content: Changes that we come under require various attitudes and strategies. Key moments and the kind of changes that we deal with: the changes that occur and come against our will are very important.

3. Method: Discussion session and classes

5. Conditions for receiving a credit: writing a paper using acquired skills and recommended readings.

Full description:

The aim of the lecture is to be familiar with:

• The economy of the change

• Various kinds of changes

• The kinds of prompted changes

• Seven principles of making changes in an effective way

•Subtle way of making a change

• Key moments of the change

• Positive differences of changes

• Creating habits

• Steps of creating a habit

• Forming the habits

• Using needed skills in the life

• Acceptance of sudden changes

• Ways of handling a failure

• Moderate effects of stress and pressure

• Presupposition of the failure and criticism

• Necessity of changing the emotional state in a moment of crisis

The rated total number of hours a student is required to spend in order to achieve the expected learning outcomes defined for the course: 30 + 25

• Create courses of action aimed at controlling effective changes

• Define a programme of changes made in the surroundings
