Podstawowe problemy związane z wykonaniem umowy. 5. Odpowiedzialność prawna. 6. Spełnienie świadczenia. 7. Umowa przedwstępna. 8. Umowa o dzieło. 9. Umowa zlecenia. 10. Prowadzenie cudzych spraw bez zlecenia.
