(in Polish) Wykład poświęcony będzie recepcji postaci Aleksandra Wielkiego od czasów starożytnych po współczesność w kulturze Zachodu (Europa, USA). Wykład obejmie zarówno zmieniającą się ocenę postaci i czynów Aleksandra Wielkiego obecną w pracach historyków czy moralistów, ale także cała gamę opowieści o Aleksandrze w literaturze różnych języków i krajów oraz w sztukach plastycznych czy filmie. |

(in Polish) Po zakończeniu kursu student: zna podstawowe pojęcia i terminologię stosowane w badaniach recepcji osoby Aleksandra Wielkiego w tradycji Zachodu i ma podstawową i uporządkowana wiedzę na temat różnych zagadnień z zakresu recepcji Aleksandra Wielkiego w tradycji europejskiej i pozaeuropejskiej (K_W02) wie o najważniejszych nowych osiągnięciach w zakresie badania recepcji osoby Aleksandra Wielkiego w tradycji zachodniej (K_W08) umie wyszukiwać, analizować, selekcjonować, oceniać i użytkować informacje zawarte w różnych źródłach (K_U02), w tym informacje o źródłach pisanych i archeologicznych i ich kontekście z wykorzystaniem literatury naukowej (K_U01) umie samodzielnie zdobywać wiedzę i rozwijać umiejętności badawcze w zakresie recepcji postaci Aleksandra Wielkiego i jego czasów (K_U04) jest gotów do wykorzystania posiadanej przez siebie wiedzy i umiejętności oraz jest świadomy konfrontowania ich z opiniami ekspertów (K_K01) jest w stanie uznać istotne znaczenie tradycji narosłej wokół postaci Aleksandra Wielkiego w postaci zabytków literatury w różnych językach oraz różnorodnych dzieł sztuki dla przetrwania i przekazania epokom późniejszym tejże tradycji jako ważnego elementu dziedzictwa kulturowego ludzkości (K_K02) jest gotów do wykorzystania posiadanej przez siebie wiedzy na temat kompleksowej natury recepcji postaci Aleksandra Wielkiego w tradycji europejskiej i pozaeuropejskiej ze świadomością potrzeby analizy rozmaitych kategorii źródeł (pisanych, archeologicznych, ikonograficznych) dla odtworzenia przeszłości kultury europejskiej i światowej (K_K05) |
