The aim of the course is to acquaint students - future teachers of various subjects with approaches , methods and tools for international cooperation at the level of kindergarten, primary and secondary education. Student learn the linguistic, subject-related, intercultural and technological principles required for effective collaboration within eTwinning programme – Teacher Training Initiative. Collaboration with foreign partners is planned – depending on the circumstances. |

The aim of the course is to acquaint students - future teachers of various subjects with approaches , methods and tools for international cooperation at the level of kindergarten, primary and secondary education. Student learn the linguistic, subject-related, intercultural and technological principles required for effective collaboration within eTwinning programme – Teacher Training Initiative. Collaboration with foreign partners is planned – depending on the circumstances. Topics: 1. Principles and assumptions of Content and Language Integrated Learning 2. Introduction to eTwinning 3. Typology of eTwinning projects 4. Digital tools for international projects 5. Twinspace as a main collaboration platform 6. Digital tools for communication, graphic, text, audio and video production 7. Stages of an international project in education 8. Analysis of outstanding project 9. Principles of planning collaborative work 10. Designing a project 11. Project work part 1 12. Project work part 2 13. Principles and techniques of evaluation of a project 14. Good practice in international collaboration 15. Presentation of the results. Workload 2 ECTS participation in class 30 hours doing tasks 15 hours preparing final project 10 hours writing final esasy 5 hours Total 60 hours |

Learning outcomes: |
After completing the course the student knows: - methodology undrpinnings of educational international projects - examples of good practice in nternational cooperation - digital tools which support international cooperation - the principles of maintaining international projects - the principles of evaluation of the project student can: - plan educational tasks in cooperation with foreign partners - use digital tools for enhancing international cooperation - manage a collaborative project - communicate with a partner ina foreign language - prepare digital educational materials and support learners in doing this student is ready: - to recognize the reeds of students regardin their age and interests - assumes the attitude of a good teacher -- a leader and an assistant in international communication of learners - undertake international collaboration in education - make familiar and disseminate the values of the Polish culture in international settings - develop educational innovations and monitor own professional progress - understand the importance of intercultural competence and using English as a global language |
