The content of teaching is subordinated to the assumption of openness to the cognitive and communication needs of students and their plans related to the possibility of acquiring the qualifications necessary to pursue a future profession or function in the country whose language they study. According to the information provided above, the classes include a series of practical exercises aimed at basic communication situations, through which students acquire the vocabulary and grammar rules of the language. The course also aims to train listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as to acquire and expand students' language competences in the following areas: 1. general understanding of written and spoken texts of various levels of difficulty 3.expressing the content learned in the classroom in the form of text or aural, in grammatically correct oral and written (complex) statements 4. expressing one's opinion using the lexical resource and the information obtained during the classes; 5.conducting a conversation on topics taken from everyday life and in everyday situations, as well as the ability to prepare statements on more difficult topics (active participation in discussions, debates, etc.) The knowledge of grammar rules provides for: the ability to build grammatically correct sentences; the ability to correctly solve grammar and grammar-lexical exercises. Student workload: Contact hours - 60 hours - 2 ECTS preparation for classes - 30 hours - 1 ECTS Preparation for the final test - 30 hours - 1 ECTS Total: 120 hours - 4 ECTS |

Skills: After completing the course, the student: - knows and understands the Russian language in speech and writing in accordance with the requirements specified for level A1 of the European System for the Description of Languages Education - K1_W12; - is able to communicate in speech and writing in Russian in accordance with the requirements specified for level A1 of the European System for the Description of Languages Education - K1_U14; - is able to independently plan and implement their own learning throughout life (K1_U11); - plan and organize work individually and in a team (K1_U12). He is ready to: - critical assessment of knowledge and content received (K1_K01) |
Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
Conditions for passing the course and admission to the final test: - attendance; - control of the current preparation; - passing control tests and translation tests; - completion of group and individual projects. The final test is is a written one. The evaluation criteria are presented in the form of percentage thresholds (conversion of points): 99-100% - 5! (Very good grade with an exclamation mark) 93- 98% - 5 (very good) 87-92% - 4+ (good plus) 77-86% - 4 (good) 70-76% - 3+ (satisfactory plus) 60-69% - 3 (satisfactory) The final grade consists of: - continuous and formative assessment (activity, preparation for classes, control tests, projects) - 30% - final test - 70% The student has the right to 3 unexcused absences, each subsequent one requires a justification. The student's presence during classes is confirmed by a signature on the list. Exceeding the allowable number of unexcused absences from classes requires obtaining additional credit for an oral answer before taking the exam. The student has the right to take the exam in the resit session in the same form as in the basic session and on the condition of obtaining a credit for the subject. Exceeding excused and unjustified absences for 50% of classes may be the basis for failing the course. If it is not possible to conduct classes on university premises, classes shall be held with the aid of distance learning tools, most likely ZOOM and CLASSROOM and others recommended by the University of Warsaw. |

Treść nauczania jest podporządkowana założeniu otwarcia się na potrzeby poznawcze i komunikacyjne studentów oraz na ich zamierzenia związane z możliwościami zdobycia kwalifikacji niezbędnej dla wykonywania przyszłego zawodu lub funkcjonowania w kraju, którego język studiują. Zgodnie z informacją zamieszczoną powyżej, zajęcia obejmują cykl ćwiczeń praktycznych, ukierunkowanych na podstawowe sytuacje komunikacyjne, poprzez które studenci przyswajają słownictwo oraz zasady gramatyczne języka. Celem zajęć jest ponadto szkolenie umiejętności w zakresie słuchania, mówienia, czytania, pisania oraz przyswojenie i poszerzenie kompetencji językowych studentów w zakresie: 1. ogólnego rozumienia tekstów pisanych i mówionych o zróżnicowanym poziomie trudności 3. wyrażania treści poznawanych na zajęciach w formie tekstowej lub słuchowej, w poprawnej gramatycznie wypowiedzi ustnej i pisemnej (złożonej) 4. wyrażania własnej opinii z użyciem zasobu leksykalnego i wiadomości uzyskanych podczas zajęć; 5. prowadzenia rozmowy na tematy zaczerpnięte z życia codziennego oraz w sytuacjach codziennych, a także umiejętności przygotowywania wypowiedzi na trudniejsze tematy (czynny udział w dyskusji, debacie etc) Znajomość reguł gramatyki przewiduje: umiejętność budowania poprawnych gramatycznie zdań; umiejętność poprawnego rozwiązywania ćwiczeń gramatycznych i gramatyczno-leksykalnych.
