The aim of these classes is to learn the Catalan language at A2 + level. Participants will also learn about the most important features of Catalan culture. |
Full description: |
Based on various text and audiovisual materials, students will acquire the ability to communicate both in speech and in writing. They will learn the appropriate vocabulary and grammar. Thanks to this, students will be able to function freely in everyday situations, at work, at the university and others. They will understand without problems the comments addressed to them and texts on the above situations. They will be able to create their own short texts, and also be able to express themselves. |

Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
The evaluation methods and criteria are as follows: Presence (20%) Activity (20%) The exam at the end of the semester (60%) An absence unjustified in 5 classes means the loss of 20% of the grade. Activity is assessed based on the student's interest in the topic and participation in discussions. These criteria may be subject to minor modifications in specific situations. |
