  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;
  • the student’s weekly hourly workload is 45 h;
  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;

O objetivo do curso é providenciar uma série de conhecimentos e ferramentas indispensáveis para a elaboração de um trabalho acadêmico e, assim, preparar os alunos do terceiro ano de graduação da especialização brasileira para a elaboração do Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso.

O objetivo do curso é providenciar uma série de conhecimentos e ferramentas indispensáveis para a elaboração de um trabalho acadêmico e, assim, preparar os alunos do terceiro ano de graduação da especialização brasileira para a elaboração do Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso. A disciplina se concentra em questões técnicas (a forma da tese, bibliografia, normas técnicas da Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas) e na dimensão linguística do processo da elaboração do Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso. A segunda parte do curso abrange a correção dos trabalhos escritos e consultas referentes a eles.

Learning outcomes:

Knowledge: the student knows

- the position and importance of the humanities within the system of sciences and their subject and methodological specificity

- basic terminology of the humanities within literary, linguistic, cultural and historical studies, as well as its sources and applications

- research methodology in the disciplines in literary, linguistic, cultural and historical studies

- rules regarding language necessary for professional analysis and interpretation of texts representing various registers and functional styles of the Brazilian Portuguese

- basic concepts and principles in the field of intellectual property and copyright protection as well as occupational health and safety

Abilities: upon graduation the student is able to

- search, analyze, evaluate, select and use information using various sources and methods

- apply basic research skills, including formulation and analysis of research problems, selection of research methods and tools, development and presentation of results in literary, linguistic, cultural and historical studies

- use the Brazilian Portuguese language actively and passively at an advanced level in the written and spoken register (level C1), which enables to communicate and prepare papers and presentations in the disciplines in which the studies are conducted

Social competences: upon graduation the student is capable of

- lifelong learning

- determine priorities that enable the accomplishment of a task appointed by him/herself or by others.

- presença - no máximo 2 (duas) faltas injustificadas.

- participação ativa nas tarefas realizadas na sala de aula
