Short description: |
In the experience of fish there is no other reality than water. In this seminar we will be using the perspective of the outsider, so the contemporary world will be treated not as obvious and given, but as one of many possible and perhaps not the best. The consequence of such a point of view are demands for change or reform. We will discuss issues discussed by classical and contemporary social thinkers of world renown. The seminar is interdisciplinary, combining parts of the history of ideas, social philosophy, economics and sociology. |
