Short description: |
Comprehensive bodyweight training designed for fitness classes. Its’ main goal is to improve physical fitness. Exercises are based on correct movement patterns, developing a balance between mobility and stability of the body, increasing proprioception (‘sixth sense’, sense of location, movement, and action of parts of the body), improving strength, coordination and endurance. |
Full description: |
TRX training is a form of bodyweight suspension training - where a special set of adjustable belts is used. Thanks to TRX, you will evenly expand and strengthen your muscles without overburdening your joints and spine. In TRX training muscles work by overcoming the force of gravity and carrying the weight of the exercising person's body. By changing the angle of the body, we change the load. We can regulate the intensity of training ourselves. TRX training was invented by a former US Navy SEALS commando who was looking for an optimal training method for soldiers stationed at military bases around the world. The set of belts developed by him was so light, handy and durable that it allowed to perform many variants of strength exercises, even in the most difficult conditions. Over time, TRX tapes have started to be used by professional athletes, trainers and ordinary fitness enthusiasts who are looking for an effective alternative to gym classes. |
