Seminarium poświęcone analizie głównych stanowisk etyki środowiska naturalnego: stanowiska antropocentrycznego, biocentrycznego i holistycznego. |
Pełny opis: |
Seminarium poświęcone filozoficznym aspektom stosunku człowieka do przyrody. Przedmiotem dyskusji będą m.in. następujące problemy: - Relacja: człowiek-natura. Biocentryzm a antropocentryzm - Byty nie-osobowe jako przedmiot rozważań moralnych - Przyroda jako wartość - Etyczne, estetyczne oraz utylitarne aspekty stosunku człowieka do świata przyrody. - Kryzys ekologiczny a los przyszłych pokoleń (zmiany klimatu, zasoby naturalne, etc.) - Interesy ludzkie, interesy zwierząt a powinności moralne człowieka wobec zwierząt. - Próby i możliwości odbudowania zniszczonej przyrody |

Student: - has knowledge and understanding of interdisciplinary concepts applied in ecological ethics - is aquainted with the main ecological questions and problems of present times - has a sufficient knowledge of main philosophical and normative approaches and main argumentations used in contemporary disuccions in environmental ethics - appreciates the importance of ethical legal and political factors in the practice of ecological movements. - analyses texts and arguments discussed during the seminarium - identifies main problems related to human relation to nature - is capable to present well structured arguments defending his standpoint - prepare oral presentation concerning the seminar subject - is able to to express in English his philosophical opinion - appreciates the importance of of ethical reflection related to respect for nature - is engaged in research activity and is interested in new ethical currensts concerning ecological practice - tries to resolve moral dilemmas related to ecological issues |
