Brief description

The program of the second part of the lecture in Inorganic Chemistry I (level B) includes mainly the description of chemical properties of selected chemical elements and their compounds, including both classical and modern problems (superconductivity, superfluidity). In detail there are presented the properties of hydroge, oxygen, the sulfur group elements, nitrogen group elements, halogens, noble gases, inorganic compounds of carbon, boron and silicon, as well as selected compounds of transition metals (blocks d and f of Periodic Table).
