mLegitymacja (Student ID)

Due to the high volume of applications submitted via the mObywatel application from universities, waiting times may be longer. In case of ERROR status, we recommend canceling the order and re-ordering the mLegitymacja. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear Students,

we hereby inform you that ordering the mLegitymacja (Student ID) as a standalone document confirming student status, i.e., without the need for a valid Electronic Student ID, will be possible:

- from September 25, 2025, for current students;

- from October 1, 2025, for newly admitted students who accept the electronic oath in advance in USOSweb or Mobile USOS. Note: For students who accept the oath today, Order mLegitymacja button will appear the next day (data migration required).

Students enrolled in several programs, including short-term students, are exempt from the requirement to accept the electronic oath.

The mLegitymacja (Student ID) ordering process is operated by:

- USOSweb under the For Students tab,

- Mobile USOS under the mLegitymacja (Student ID) tab.

Application for Halls of Residence for the academic year 2025/2026 – Round for Current Students

Applications for a place in the halls of residence should be submitted electronically via USOSweb. Applications submitted in this way are authenticated to ensure the origin and integrity of the data in electronic form.

Current students may apply for a place in a dormitory until 4 July 2025. More information is HERE

Transfer of token registrations to USOSweb and closing of the USOS UL service

From 22 April 2025 all token registrations are available only in the USOSweb service. The USOS UL service has been deactivated.

Deadline for submitting applications for the rector's scholarship for summer semester of the 2024/2025 academic year

Students may submit applications for the Rector’s scholarship in the form of an electronic document by the USOSweb March 14, 2025. In particularly justified cases – e.g. in the event of technical errors preventing the submission of an application in the form of an electronic document in the USOSweb – the application with documented achievements may be submitted in paper form. If it is necessary to submit the application in paper form, the documents should be submitted to the Student Welfare and Support Office. If you need to submit a paper application, the documents must be submitted to the March 14, 2025. Information on the fields of study for which the scholarship application is conducted can be found at: bpm.uw.edu.pl
