(in Polish) Zajęcia winny przekazać słuchaczom wiedzę na temat uwarunkowań społecznych, historycznych i politycznych regulacji prawnych dotyczących wolności sumienia i wyznania we współczesnej Europie. Przede wszystkim konwersatorium ma ukazać elementy wspólne w zakresie prawnych uregulowań wolności sumienia i wyznania oraz stosunków państwo - związki wyznaniowe we współczesnej Europie. Główny akcent jest położony na kwestie: ochrony wolności sumienia i wyznania na podstawie Europejskiej Konwencji Praw Człowieka oraz unormowanie problematyki wyznaniowej w prawie Unii Europejskiej.

Poza tym konwersatorium ukazuje zróżnicowanie systemów relacji między państwem a wspólnotami wyznaniowymi we współczesnej Europie. Poruszane są podczas zajęć również kwestie kontrowersyjne, np. legalizacja związków partnerskich w Europie, kwestia klauzuli sumienia, legalizacja aborcji itd.

The classes ensure getting complete knowledge about European Confessional Law and the influence of its solutions on Polish Confessional Law. During the lectures there will be presented Confessional Law in the European Union, which is still being formed and constantly changed. We will also show the quotas which has been worked out by the European Council and its bodies. Moreover, we are going to discuss different systems of confessional relations in some European countries.

1. Historical conditions of the European legislative solutions in the sphere of freedom of conscience and faith as well as the mutual relations between the State and the denominations.

2. The roots of contemporary European Confessional Law. The Constitution of the EU.

3. International Conventions concerned with the freedom of conscience and faith.

4. The EU law towards the laws of the EU member countries.

5. The standards of the EU Confessional Law regarding the freedom of conscience and faith.

6. The standards of the EU Confessional Law regarding the status of the denominations.

7 The legislative systems of the relations between the State and the denominations.

8. European countries in which you can observe the system of connection between the State and a certain Church ( England, Scotland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Greece, Monaco, etc.)

9. European countries with a varied model of the separation ( France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands)

10. The system of relations between the State and the denominations in communist countries 1917 - 1991.

11. The confessional relations in the countries which joined the EU in 2004 ( Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Poland, Malta, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary).

12. The systems of the relations between the State and the denominations in European countries not being the EU member countries.

13. The freedom of conscience and faith in the EU Constitution.

14. The freedom of conscience and faith in the jurisdiction of the European Constitutional Courts.

15. The freedom of conscience and faith in the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
