Short description: |
The course presents a basic historical outline of Indian philosophical thought and systematically portrays most important philosophical schools of Indian philosophy. Philosophical problems are discussed from a historical and comparative perspective, including some analogies with Western philosophy. The course in the summer semester discusses the Indian philosophy of the classical and post-classical period. |
