Brief description

(in Polish) Przedmiotem zajęć jest problematyka bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem profilaktycznej ochrony zdrowia pracujących, przygotowania osób do pracy oraz organizacji bezpiecznego stanowiska pracy. Poruszane szczegółowe zagadnienia dotyczą m.in.: ryzyka zawodowego, profilaktyki wypadków przy pracy, badań lekarskich, szkoleń w dziedzinie bhp itp. Omówienie zagadnień oparte jest na uregulowaniach prawnych oraz na przykładach z praktyki. Przedstawiane są procedury postępowania w konkretnych przypadkach (np. podczas zaistnienia wypadku w zakładzie pracy, obowiązki pracodawcy w zakresie bhp wobec zleceniobiorcy) wraz z najczęściej występującymi błędami zdiagnozowanymi u pracodawców.

(in Polish) Blok specjalizacyjny składa się z zajęć poświęconych problematyce sprawiedliwości, rozpatrywanej w trzech różnych perspektywach. Rozważania będą dotyczyły zarówno procesu tworzenia jak i stosowania prawa. Poszczególne zagadnienia będą poddane analizie zarówno na płaszczyźnie teoretycznej, jak i praktycznej, przy uwzględnieniu aktualnego orzecznictwa, w tym Trybunału Konstytucyjnego.

Na blok składają się trzy przedmioty:

1. Sprawiedliwość procedur prawnych

2. Niesłuszne skazanie a aksjologia

3. Czy zwierzęta mają prawa?

Brief description

The aim of this course is to offer the students possibility to learn and understand the specificity and main classifications and characteristics of contemporary armed conflicts, as well as contemporary peace and stability operations. They will learn on theories concerning the sources for military conflicts, factors decisive for conflicts’ characteristics will be discussed. The students will familiarize themselves also with the main evolutionary trends in contemporary armed conflicts and peace operations, including the Revolution in Military affairs and its implications, privatisation of violence (incl. growth in private security/military services), role of the media, problem of the limits for the use of force in peace operations, the cultural dimensions of conflicts and peace operations (incl. the issue of humanitarian intervention and R2P)

(in Polish) Przedmiot obejmuje pogłębioną analizę podstawowych pojęć z zakresu prawnej regulacji czasu pracy: czas pracy, norma i wymiar czasu pracy, system czasu pracy, rozkład i harmonogram czasu pracy, praca w godzinach nadliczbowych, dyżur. Analiza ta stanowi punkt wyjścia dla omówienia zasad planowania oraz rozliczania czasu pracy. W zakresie analizy pojęcia pracy w godzinach nadliczbowych są przedstawiane zasady rekompensaty pracy w godzinach nadliczbowych oraz pracy ponadwymiarowej pracowników zatrudnionych w niepełnym wymiarze czasu pracy. Przedmiot obejmuje również analizę przepisów prawa pracy dotyczących pracy w porze nocnej oraz w niedzielę i święta, w tym w szczególności problematykę zbiegu praw do dodatków z tytułu pracy w godzinach nadliczbowych, w porze nocnej oraz w niedzielę i święta.

Brief description

(in Polish) Celem zajęć jest przedstawienie etycznych i prawnych podstaw ochrony zwierząt w perspektywie pytania o to, czy zwierzętom przysługuje prawo do sprawiedliwego traktowania. Sposób udzielenia odpowiedzi będzie pozostawał w ścisłej zależności od przypisanego zwierzęciu statusu i nadania określonej treści pojęciu sprawiedliwości.

W toku kursu rozważony zostanie proces stopniowej dereifikacji zwierzęcia, w świetle którego zostanie postawione pytanie o jego podmiotowość. Omówione zostaną także podstawowe dylematy związane z ochroną zwierząt, często mające charakter pozaprawnych. Poszczególne zagadnienia będą poddane analizie zarówno na płaszczyźnie teoretycznej, jak i praktycznej, przy uwzględnieniu aktualnego orzecznictwa, sądowoadministracyjnego i Trybunału Konstytucyjnego.

Uzyskana wiedza powinna przyczynić się do podniesienia poziomu świadomości i uformowania podstawy do kształtowania właściwych postaw etycznych i prawnych wobec zwierząt.
